Dakota Cruse
Owner / Founder.
Dakota has been in property management and sales for almost 20 years. Starting in college at UConn, managing the dorms as lead RA, and overseeing guest services and support for summer conferences, with hundreds of guests at a time. Immediately upon graduating, a cross-country move to Seattle where he started his real estate career. Managing real estate offices, appraisal offices, bankruptcy & shortsale liquidation offices, and finished off with overseeing over $100-million in mixed property assets annually as trustee and guardian appointed by the Superior Court.
While in Seattle, he discovered his love for Puerto Rico and started a business where he bought a small Airbnb hotel in San Juan, had it entirely renovated, then remotely managed it in cooperation with a hand-picked local team. After 15 years in the Seattle rain, Dakota chose to make San Juan his permanent home in 2021.
