Vacation Rental
We cover all of main-island Puerto Rico, with offices located in San Juan, and satellite management based out of Aguada and Rio Grande.
Rental management rates are a flat $60 per unit* + 20% of gross income for the San Juan metro.*
Includes 24-hour phone coverage for guests and bookings.
*Monthly fee covers channel manager, dynamic pricing, monthly insurance maintenance inspection and first 3 hours of field work, billed at $30 hourly thereafter.
**Fees outside the San Juan metro area vary based on distance and travel time.
***Minimum combined monthly management earnings to be no less than $350 per unit..
Business Consulting
Not happy with the results of your vacation rental business?? We are happy to provide a business critique, as well as review your space and marketing materials so you can take the next step toward success.
All business consulting services are billed at a $75 per hour rate, including any necessary travel time + mileage.
Purchase or Listing Consulting
As a representative of the Superior Court, and an expert witness, Dakota has overseen hundreds of property sales and purchases both internationally and domestically.
Dakota can locate a vetted quality agent, and work with you throughout the process to ensure you are protected, and provide insight into your property choices. This can often be part of a referral agreement - which means no added cost to you.
